So here’s a first look at the card deck I’m currently working on.
Until now, I’m almost finished with the first 13 cards including the numbers 2-10 and Jack, Queen, King and Ace.
Numbers 2 to 10 are actually kept quite simple, as it’s very important to me that you can actually play with these cards without any difficulties in recognizing them. So in general they look like the cards in every other poker or skat set you are used to. Nevertheless, there are some small details that still makes every card unique.
Therefore the other ones, especially Jack, Queen and King are quite different from normal game-cards:

i love them- especially the king
maybe make some kind of themes for every color, like:
heart – happy world, like in the queen card and
the black leaf* – dark world, like in the king card…
just an idea…

i think “piek” is called pyke in english
